NIKE NIVA PROJECT
Humanity must go to space and find a new living place in future because of the important issues related to its survival in earth, such as energy depletion.
Intuitive Interaction Spacesuit
The NIVA project started from asking what is the most necessary and essential factor for humanity to move into space in the future.
To do so, I thought I had to know what the biggest risk was for astronauts and what the problem was. Based on the experiences of many astronauts, I thought that the mental problems that are not being addressed to astronauts today were more important than the physical ones that are constantly being supplemented. And only by solving it, the long-term stay in space could be eventually essential in 2040.
Why Nike, Why Space-x?
So I suggest the collaboration with the Nike and Space-x which that I expect to have the most biggest leading power in each industry in 2040.
Conclusionally my project is the Nike Niva project, which stands for Neuralinked Intra-vehicular Activity space suit.

[NEURALINKED]
It is a basic connection system which is connected to the body, checks the condition of the body, and act as a soft exoskeleton. Understanding the psychological state and analyzing it accordingly. Clearing it through communication with the earth in the same way as VR using the new sensory by Neuralink .

[INTRA-VEHICULAR]
An expression of swelling and reacting to the condition of the body. Explanation of situations in which safe protection from the outside is possible, and the need for the human body to protect and where it could be satisfied by exploding and inflating.

[PERSONAL ADAPTIVE]
It’s personalized for each individual. Explanation of the singularities and advantages of printing an outer suit to reflect one’s taste in connection. And future 3D printing technology which can even print the human organs will make it possible to print the space suit to each individual in precisly personalized fit.

[ROBOTIC SPACE MOBILITY]
Helping the body when wearing. And when a person is not wearing it, he or she can act as an independent and help the astronauts as an assistant. In other words, it could be a Surrogate, a companion and a helper.
VR by Neuralink
Among them, regarding AI Robotics, Neuralink is a future VR and a key future technology for real-time tracking and assisting astronauts’ body.
This technology is most needed for astronauts in 24-hour dangerous environments and is the base technology of my NIVA suit.
If we implement the vr through this neuralink, we will enable intuitive interaction between Earth and space through a new sensor that goes beyond five senses.
Persona
Also, I would like to suggest that the same inner system is shared based on 3D printing technology, but the IVA suit design is reflected by analyzing the propensity and taste of each persona. So I assumed a female astronaut named Lara as Persona.
Lara has two child and a husband staying in earth and has an active tendency enjoying riding bicycles and constant workout.
The biggest reflection of her fashion taste is that she enjoys wearing street fashion and also collaboration with luxury brands such as Issey Miyake which has an comfort fit at the same time.
Inflation structure
Both inner suit and IVA suit has the inflating structure. Inner suit responds to electric signals. And the signs from inner connects to IVA and get linked and expands as well. IVA inflates with gas which is supplied from the pack from the back.
